Early the morning after Thanksgiving, we visited the Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix. (Here's to useful Groupons!) We got there when it was not crowded at all, and, in fact, had the place nearly to ourselves at first. I loved this photo of Mark as the early sun was shining on the beautiful plant life.
I'd waited a long time to see some Dale Chihuly art, so the artwork at the DBG entrance was a treat.
I loved the section of the garden that had plants like you might grow in your backyard, like these lovely little peppers.
