Flan

One day in France, as we were driving to our next destination, we stopped at a boulangerie to grab a baguette.  Hubbie decided to try some flan.  He really liked it.  It was quite different from the Cuban-style flan we are used to from Miami, but still good.

Back at home, I attempted to make some.  It looks ok, but the taste, texture, and consistency aren't there.  So, the hunt for a good recipe continues...
