A Coruña: Castillo de San Antón

The Castillo de San Anton sits prominently at the tip of the city of A Coruña on its own little island.  Through the years, it's served as fortress, a prison, an infirmary / ward, a chapel, and is now an interesting archeological museum.

The views are wonderful, looking across the water to the marine control tower, the old hospital, the marina, and the industrial port.  Every way you turn, including inside the castle, the views are superb.

It's hard to tell, but this hull is made of hide.
